The Media Batch Gold Bundle includes a Media Batch Pro license and 1-year maintenance for your Media Batch installation and updates. We can either update your server automatically or upon your request.
Media Batch is the ultimate solution for your online media management system. All dot-release updates are free of charge. A single purchase equals a single license on one domain name (unlimited sub-domains however). Note that this product does NOT ship in a product box. Although this is a download-only product you can purchase a hardcopy option in the store that can be shipped to you.

Requirements
- A web server with PHP 4.3 or higher (MySQL database NOT needed)
- PHP "Safe Mode" must be set to "Off" (the vast majority of web servers are set to "Off" by default).
- Ability to change directory permissions (we've never seen a web server that doesn't allow for this).
Recommended
- Backend access to at least one level back, behind the public root level.
- Ability for PHP to write data within the public area without the need to change directories to CHMOD 777 (this makes setting directories to be uploadable much easier).

Please note the following prior to purchase
Once your software is purchased, you have 30 days to receive a refund if you’re not completely satisfied with it. After 30 days, refunds cannot be given. Refunds do not include any service fees that may have incurred due to any installation or maintenance procedures.
Dot-releases updates are free of charge, however full version upgrades (e.g., version 1.0 to version 2.0) are not even if it falls within the one year maintenance period. The one-year maintenance is a service fee, not a software license fee. Discounts will be given for existing version 1.0 users to future upgrades.
After you purchase a license, you'll be prompted to download the software. A license key will then be manually generated and emailed to you within 24 hours of purchase.
Media Batch Pro currently does not have the skinning feature implemented yet. Although your company logo can be replaced with the Media Batch logos, the ability to change the colors and skinning of the Media Batch interface is not yet available. If it is mandatory that you have the ability to change the skinning features of Media Batch, do not purchase a license at this time. This notice will be updated when the skinning feature is made available.
